Welcome to Pure Hot Yoga GR’s website. By accessing or using our site, booking system, or studio services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Use

This website and its content are owned by Pure Hot Yoga GR, LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or use content or images without written consent.

2. Class Bookings & Memberships

All class bookings and memberships are managed through our scheduling platform (WellnessLiving).

By booking a class, you agree to:

• Arrive on time and follow studio etiquette
• Review health considerations before participating
• Understand that all sales are final unless otherwise stated

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Drop-in purchases are non-refundable.

Membership cancellations must be requested at least 10 days before renewal.

Missed classes cannot be transferred or refunded.

4. Liability Waiver

Participation in hot yoga classes involves physical activity and heat exposure.
By attending, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health and well-being, releasing Pure Hot Yoga GR and its instructors from liability.

5. Studio Conduct

We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment for all.
Pure Hot Yoga GR reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including logos, class descriptions, and media, are the property of Pure Hot Yoga GR. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
